2. Services
RoyalDecro90 provides event decoration services including but not limited to weddings, parties, corporate events, and customized décor setups. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving an advance payment.
- The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event date.
- All bookings are subject to availability of materials and resources.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are based on the agreed design, materials, and event requirements.
- Any additional requests or last-minute changes may result in extra charges.
- Payments once made are non-transferable.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation must be informed at least 7 days before the event date.
- Advance payments are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
- In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, emergencies), rescheduling may be offered.
6. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide accurate event details (date, time, location).
- Necessary permissions for decoration at the venue must be arranged by the client.
- Any damage to décor items caused by guests will be chargeable.
7. Setup & Dismantling
- Our team will handle setup and dismantling as per the agreed schedule.
- Clients must ensure access to the venue on time.
- Delays caused by venue restrictions are not our responsibility.
8. Liability
- RoyalDecro90 is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, traffic, or venue issues.
- We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages during the event.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and images created by RoyalDecro90 remain our intellectual property and may be used for promotional purposes.
